Hello,
My name is Robert Craig and I am the founder and director of Give I Thee Ministries. My desire and goal for this ministry is to get the gospel to my fellow Manitobans. The Apostle Paul said that it was his desire that Israel be saved. Paul was Jewish preacher who wanted his fellow countryman to hear the gospel as well.
Our ministry is a mobile ministry with the goal of “taking the gospel of Christ to those without”. What that means is I would like to bring the salvation message to the many people in our province of Manitoba that perhaps have never heard the message of Hope even one time. I believe there are many rural communities in Manitoba that don’t even have a church in their community. It might be that there are Christians in our hamlets, villages, towns and rural communities that would like to have an in-person service but because there is not a true gospel preaching church near them they can’t. Being it that ours is a mobile ministry we could bring the in-person service to them if there was a desire. We are open to the idea of starting a church should the Lord lead in that direction.
My desire and goal are to put a John and Romans and other gospel materials in the hands or mailboxes of any Manitoban where there is no present gospel ministry so that they would have a chance to at least once hear the glad tidings that Jesus saves, that Jesus is the Hope they have been looking for, that Jesus can and will change their lives!
We are a Baptist ministry that preaches/teaches the truth from the King James Bible. We believe that the Word of God (Authorized 1611 Version) is the final authority of all matters of faith and practice.
Golden Plains Baptist Church has been my home church for the last 8 years. I graduated with honours with a degree in Theology from Golden Plains Bible Baptist Institute. One of my ministries in my local church is now teaching in the same Institute from which I graduated. For several years the Lord has allowed me to preach and share the gospel in Italy, United States and several of our provinces here in Canada. I have had the privilege of leading souls to Christ in all three Countries.
My joy and desire are to tell others about my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and by His Grace I will continue to do so until He takes me home to Heaven.
I got saved (born again) when I was 30 years old. My life was rough and crude and without hope and plagued with depression and suicidal thoughts, but I am thankful that God sent someone my way to tell me about Jesus Christ. I am thankful to God for sending His Son Jesus Christ to not only die for my sins but the sins of all mankind. I’m thankful that Jesus went to the cross on my behalf and died on the Cross for me. I’m thankful for the Lord saving me physically (from suicide) and spiritually (from Hell). I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour on January 23rd, 2005. I now have the privilege and responsibility to tell others that same message.
As I prayed and prayed for the Lords will regarding this ministry, the Lord showed me His will in,
Romans 15:20-21 (KJV) Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation: But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
As I mentioned earlier my desire is to “take the gospel to those without”. Where the gospel has not been preached. Where there is no church for people to hear the good news. Where no one is handing out tracts and gospel materials pointing them to Jesus Christ.
God showed me my very desire in those two verses above. Paul desired to preach the gospel where it had not been preached so that they that have never heard might also hear and be saved.
Thank you for visiting our website praying for our ministry.
Because He is Worthy,
Robert G. Craig
